I had a very disappointing experience at Chandigarh Hair Salon. I waited for a long time, but the staff completely ignored me. There was no proper communication or courtesy, and it felt like they didn’t value my time at all. Customer service is just as important as the service itself, and unfortunately, they failed on that front. I won’t be coming back.
Went to Papatoetoe branch first time as I recently moved to Papatoetoe. Amrit cut my hair he was very excellent with his scissor work and blade work. I wish you all the very best to all team and definitely recommending my friends to go there as well.
0 customer satisfaction. Just want to complete the work so that the seat vacant for the next customer. I went only for beard trimming , after completing when I reach home I see the half of my face is covered with left over hairs. Which make me think If i want to go for outing with my family I cant go because i will be having a messy face for which i need to specially visit my home take bath clean my face only after that I can travel. Skills may be good but impression is very bad. Sorry
