I went to Lash Noir for an Ombre Mist eyebrow treatment with Jess, who was my therapist 2 1/2 years ago for the same treatment. She explained everything throughout the process, checking in with me regularly during the appointment. Jess is extremely professional and has a really lovely manner, and the clinic is clean and welcoming. Very happy with my brows and would recommend Jess and Lash Noir to anyone.

I have been going to Lash Noir for many years now. I am always impressed with the service and the quality of treatments! I like that everyone is very friendly and caring. The facilities are very clean and they play lovely relaxing music. My last treatment was with Claudia who is an absolute magician when it comes to the cosmetic tattoos. I was very nervous prior to my first treatment for my eyebrows and lips. Claudia instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable! She has done an incredible job too! My life is changed for the better due to her skilled hands. I’m obsessed with my eyebrows and lips. So good!! Thank you very much! Aksiniya
I had a brow magic with hybrid colour, and a Russian Volume mixed set full appointment. Initially, the staff were super professional and polite. The brow magic also went absolutely amazing. Tanya has great eye for detail, and she made them beautifully even and symmetrical. Which is a skill I've struggled to find in Auckland. After the brows, I then went next door for the lashes. However, the lash appointment went downhill. The technician made me feel uncomfortable. I've been getting my lashes done every three weeks for four years, from other well known high quality establishments, and it was the first time I've ever felt so awkward and uncomfortable before at a salon. There was constantly glue in my eyes which burnt, I ignored this pain and put up with it, but it was her constant sighing, huffing and puffing because my eye was twitching due to the glue. Very rude "stop twitching your eye". How about you stop getting glue in my eye? I tried making small talk, being friendly and paying an interest to what she has to say, but I felt ignored. She was grumpy, extremely inpatient and unprofessional. Which is something I've never experienced at a salon before. Sadly, I endured all that for some very underwhelming and average lashes. They are not even, and nowhere near as full as I had hoped. They could be fluffier. They could be fuller. But they're not. Once again, the brows with Tanya was amazing. But I feel incredibly let down by the lashes experience. I'll be back to get my brows done with Tanya for sure, but not for lashes as I can't endure that level of unprofessional attitude for underwhelming result.

I went to Lash Noir Ink 9 months ago after being recommend by a friend for tattooed brows - best choice I’ve ever made! The ladies gave me the most natural and perfectly coloured brows that I didn’t know I needed. The service received from all staff from reception to the artists was incredible. They were there to answer all my questions and worked with me for the perfect outcome. The process was pain free and relaxing with simple healing instructions it was an over all easy process. Love the ladies and would recommend them a million times over!
I had the pleasure of Tanya working her magic on my brows. Not only was Tanya able to pick the correct shade and style, but also gave me the knowledge to why she chose the style and shade. On both sessions I felt heared and at ease. Super chuffed that I chose to go to Lash Noir Ink! My brows truly look great!
