Rushed. They did not fill in my whole nail fully with gel. Could have done it better myself. Will not be coming back. Although massage was nice it was also rushed - could not relax.
Absolutely terrible experience, would rate a 0 if I could. I waited nearly an hour for a pedicure while new clients were seen before me, with zero communication about the delay. Paid $55 for polish that is already cracked. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, would not recommend.
As usual Bruce and his staff are very good. I always go here the service is great and my nails are beautiful.
If i could give a Zero i would. Terrible pedicure. I specifically asked prior to paying whether they included heels. Understand they don't do callous work but expected basic heel filing. The foot file looked like a kitchen grater and did nothing but make my heels worse. Suggest they invest in proper professional equipment!
My nails were left damaged from the woman using the dremel tool to trim my cuticles. There are now dark dents on all of my nails where the tool was used, which will take months to grow out.
Asked for regular polish and they put on gel. Kept touching it to see if it was dry 30+ mins later, so much they messed it up and had to redo it! Still putting on gel polish. Would not go back.
WORST eyebrow wax experience EVER. The people here are UNQUALIFIED and INEXPERIENCED. She does NOT KNOW HOW TO WAX. They DO NOT know how to pluck. They SPILLED WAX ON MY HAIR. And proceeded to CUT MY HAIR. Without telling me!! Appalled at the lack of EXPERIENCE AND HONESTY. And then didn’t produce a mirror for me to look at the job. THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Asked for eyebrow wax and ended up with a glob of wax in my hair! Horrible! Never go here if you want a lovely experience!
Great place I got my gel acrylics done here on the 18 of December it’s now 11th of January and the first one came off Definitely recommend this place. Got it done earlier than I expected got quality 42 dollars for acrylics that last soooo long great place.
