Nice chatty staff who make it a pleasant experience. Jin is great, she’s a real nail ‘surgeon’ - and an artiste! My gel pedi lasts a good month. Excellent range of colours. Super convenient to drop in while doing other things at the mall and get seen fast.

The advertised hours are completely wrong, I sat outside the shop for 25 minutes and no one showed up so I went and had my mani pedi in Lunn Ave
Not impressed with the unfriendly attitude, service and the basic skill. The girls were pushy in getting customers to get more service than what they intended to. The shop wasnt hygienic either, pretty dusty and unorganised for a nail salon. Been to different nail salons, this isn't the best. Will not go again even it is the closest one.
Decided to give elegant nails a go since its local for me. The ladies were so friendly and actually were interested in my life. I got SNS on my nails. The shape was great. By not even 2 weeks 5 have cracked, chipped or come off though. Will try again due to service
I have been coming here to Nina and the girls for about 5yrs now. Have always had the most pleasant experience. The girls are absolutely beautiful ladies, whom I have gotten to know over the years through our chats. Also get totally amazing service every single time. Highly recommend!!
