Top of the notch service! Cleanest nail bar I’ve been to, it literally GLEAMS. Absolutely lovely Vietnamese staff who are so careful, sweet and professional. Loved the back massage chair (normally I don’t). Great choice of modern colours. Good view of the street. Everything was easy and excellent value ($95 for gel manicure and pedicure using top quality equipment). Very generous loyalty card offering $5 off after only 3 appointments (of at least $25 value). This is my new go-to for beautiful nails, thank you Lilian and team!
Terrible experience. The lady aggressively and unprofessionally tried to drill and rip off my acrylic nail, leaving a hole in the middle of my natural nail. The flesh is visible where my nail should be… It was painful and bled throughout service. I regret being so kind about it and not leaving immediately. I was rushed out, without a proper removal on my other nails and nothing was compensated for the damage. Never returning.
I am very happy with the continued service I receive at Five Star Nails Mission Bay. Lovely ladies & a very clean salon. They welcome walk ins and prices are very reasonable. Five Stars!
