The service was thorough and quick! I went in for an eyebrow wax and was very satisfied with the results. I just needed a tidy up and Irene was very gentle and left very clean results. Definitely will be coming back again.

Love this place. highly recommend! Always a pleasure to see Irene and her wonderful team. They are all so good at what they do. Friendly, professional, and offer great value for money. With my job I often need to shuffle premade appointments. Thank you Irene for helping me do that with ease and understanding. All the girls are knowledgeable, professional and kind. I've been to many clinics over the years. All sorts of treatments. I go to JM Beauty for IPL and Microneedling done by Yoki. Lash extensions and waxing done by Tina and a cheeky little Botox and filler done by the nurse Eva who will give you what you ask for but encourages you to have only what you need. Less is more. The girls are gentle, sincere and focused. Always doing a fabulous job. Highly recommended. The team don't walk around in lab coats suggesting they are well trained and take their job seriously but my goodness, I feel this unpretentious, humble team would leave most other professionals in their wake.
Have been coming here for a while now and I LOVE it! All staff are friendly and professional. Irene is so nice, and I had a fantastic massage from Susan today (she has over 20 years experience, you can tell). Will keep coming back! :)
I had a fabulous experience in JM, I was so impressed with the facial service. I had Yoki and she does magic with her hands , her facial massage was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. My skin feels so nourished every time after her treatment Recently Iām also having the laser hair removal in JM. The treatments are quite efficient in my case, and not that expensive. Irene is a really nice young lady! Highly recommend JM! I will definitely visit gain for other facial services!

Awesome, professional, friendly service...the hydrabrasion treatment has left my skin so clean and somehow Irene manages to carry out a really thorough treatment without compromising my skin's integrity (as has happened with the same treatment in a high end clinic elsewhere in NZ!) Would highly recommend this place for both price and service. Thank you :0)
