Great service and the coffee was good. But we ordered the big breakfast and big vege breakfast which we weren’t overly impressed with. Plain items just cut up and put on a plate. No imagination or thought went into the presentation or taste of either meal. Quite pricey and not a match for the quality of the food. Need a new chef perhaps.
Food is nice, good price for portion. Service on the food was a fair wait however the staff where very apologetic. Over all a good place to eat or have a coffee.
Food was nice and the coffee art was very cute, but one staff member was rude. I ordered the eggs benedict with bacon (as did multiple other people I was there with) and decided to add a hash brown to it (as the menu does not say the eggs benedict includes a hash brown). When our food came out I noticed that the hash brown add-on included two hash browns rather than one like I was expecting, and that the meal itself already included one. When figuring out which plate was for which person, I mentioned that that one was mine due to the extra hash browns and the waitress said "oink oink" to my face in response. I then said I didn't realise the meal already came with one and she ignored me and continued what she was doing. Thought that this was pretty unjustified, even if I intentionally ordered that much food. Disappointing because everything else about the cafe was really nice, including the other staff!
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. You can't ask for more. The fresh juices are amazing and the food delicious. There are healthy options and guilty pleasures and a few tables at the front for those visiting with their dog. One of my favourite spots to eat in Auckland.
Very yummy and delicious selection of whole day breakfast and brunch snacks. Well made coffee. Easy to stop by and treat yourself nice afternoon tea.
Used to be a good cafe. Cappuccinos tasted like water, hot chocolate tasted like water and banana smoothie tasted like water! The smoothie had huge chunks of banana that got stuck in the straw and was bitter. The caramel slice was burnt and very, very crumbly. The staff at the cashier was rude and in a bad mood.
