Cafe Greenfingers at Palmers Remuera is a lovely little gem! Nestled in the garden centre, it's a peaceful retreat with great coffee and delicious treats. Their cabinet food is always tempting, and the staff are always friendly. Perfect for a quiet break or catching up with friends amidst the greenery.

We recently visited Cafe Greenfinger and had a wonderful experience! We tried their high tea, a mocha latte, and a few items from the lunch menu, and everything was absolutely delicious. The high tea was beautifully presented and tasted fresh, while the mocha latte was perfectly balanced and rich. The lunch dishes we tried were flavorful and made with care — you can really tell they focus on quality ingredients. The cafe itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and catch up with friends. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, Cafe Greenfinger is a delightful place for a casual lunch, a treat with high tea, or just a great cup of coffee. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Every now and then in Auckland, you stumble upon a hidden gem of culinary delights. This is one of them. Premium food, service and ambience at mid-market prices. The prawn linguine was the best I've had. The high-tea would have fit right into the Ritz. The decor, the displayed paintings by local artists, the friendly service make this a truly delectable experience.

The food here is really delicious — everything we tried was great! The coffee is also very good. Overall, a lovely café worth visiting.

Hidden inside Palmers, a little cute cafe. The High tea’s price is worth it for the $29 price tag. However, since it is called high tea but tea wasn’t included, that was a bit disappointing to me. But if they increase the price to $35 and include teas I would go every week and rate it higher. Otherwise, the food and pastries are yummy.

Ordered pumpkin soup. $18.90 !! was very expensive, when used to paying $14-$15 elsewhere, and for more soup. I would've been lucky if there was more than 25mm (1inch) of soup in the dish. To make matters worse, the soup was too thick. My wife had plum & almond cake. Not tasty and very dry. She left half of it. And the vary small dollop of yoghurt did little to improve it. Coffee was not hot enough and a bit dearer than elsewhere. No, not going back. Such a shame, while we haven’t been there often, we used to like it there.

Young wait staff very nice but the manager is rude and accused me of causing a miscommunication that resulted in 3 drink wrong orders that were very simple. Insisted that I hadn't ordered what I had and I should of communicated better, then told me if I want to get a dairy free iced chocolate I should order a latte, which she promised me did not mean coffee. It came out as a coffee. I have worked in hospitality and this lady seemed very confused on phrasing and seened to confuse staff too. Very uncomfortable and accusatory. I've had the same issue here before with not getting the drink I ordered. Will not eat here again.

A quaint little cafe situated in Palmers garden supplies. I got a salmon eggs Bennedict. A lovely cheerful girl served me who was a delight. There were about 4 couple in the cafe when I was there. The meal came within 10mins. As I sat waiting, my coffee arrived with a couple of minutes. Service impeccable, food beautiful and the decor nice. I will be going back. Highly recommended.

A nice spacious café inside Palmers Garden Centre. Baking and coffee are good. Haven't tried the menu. The counter items (tarts, quiches, pies etc) would be so much nicer if they could find a way of heating them other than the microwave.
