We recently bought a large metal framed glass barn door from Visual Hardware. We backordered the product knowing it would be several months before it turned up. Sarah kept us informed of manufacture and delivery progress. The door arrived last week and with the easy to follow instructions provided our builder installed it, creating a TV room that lets light in to the kitchen area. The door oozes high quality and adds character to our new home, we are so pleased we waited. I don't normally recommend companies but we have had outstanding customer service and the product exceeded our expectations so we would buy from Visual Hardware again.
