If a client tells you their fingers are hurting, you should take more care with the filing. No amount of apologising and free cuticle cream is going to help with the pain on all my fingers. My fingers were filed raw and bleeding. Another nail technician has told me I shouldn't have paid for such a terrible experience.
I’ve had acrylic, then gel nails for the best part of 20 years and Linda is by far the best technician I’ve ever been to. Her products are fantastic and actually strengthen your nails. They don’t chip like usual gel products and typically last 4 weeks for me. Highly recommend
Called in for eyebrow treading, I'd never been there before. The beautician sent me to a room, I had to ask where to go, she didnt even get up just sat there with her magazine. Then she left me sitting in the room for approx 5mins despite me being on time for an appointment. There were no other clients around. I did not find it warm or welcoming. I wont be returning
I wanted a face waxing done. They burned few spots of my face because they used warm wax and it was too hot for face. When I call them to complain on next morning, they didn't accept that it was burnt instead asked me to apply vaseline for the lumps you get after a wax. Don't recommend their service for waxing
