I completed an online order for the below item and was sent the cheaper bag - not the one that I paid for. I’ve emailed the team twice and have had no response. Would recommend not buying online and unsure how to get the correct item sent to me or a refund.
I brought my first paddleboard through aqua fun, they showed me through the boards and helped me buy the right board, The staff were super friendly and their prices were great, I am very happy to have found this gem of a store and will be recommending everyone to buy though them

Best price for an aqua marine isups in NZ. And they are stocking the latest models which most places are not which look and feel so much better than the old models. Should be only 4 stars as for shipping time. I got confirmation via text when purchase but phone next day and they said I should have got email as well with shipping times. They did email me straight away. Takes 7-14 days email when purchase. I got my board to chch on 14 days. But this is a legit store that has the best prices. I been paddle boarding for years and have a few REDS (english boards) which are 3 times the price. Aquamarine are probably the only cheap boards I would buy that opposite to torpedo 7 isups will pop on first go. I bought the aqua marine for my daughters and now one for my wife. Too stingy to buy RED for them. So yes feel safe to buy from Aqua fun but if you live out of Auckland be prepared to wait a couple of weeks. Yes so if you buying an isup for the first time. Aquamarine from aqua fun is the way to go. I bought the Beast for my wife. The perfect all rounder. My kids have the older model Breeze. But I would pay a touch more for the advance all round series. Other shops also dont stock all the models like aqua fun does.
Cool Products and the salesman was nice. unfortunately U-Deluxe Was a bit big when in its bag. Prices are good when on sale
