   I'd give zero stars if I could. One of their elderly drivers nearly ran us off the road after hitting the passenger wing mirror. Driver stopped but then abandoned his truck on the side of the road, leaving the motor running. After a phone call to the company, the office administrator said they would lodge a claim with their insurance company to cover damage to my vehicle. They lied. Update - I have updated my rating as they did eventually lodge a claim and the repairs were carried out.

   Alan and his pilot vehicle helped us move a large cabin from one address in Clevedon to another address in Clevedon and highly recommended their services. After the truck was unable to uplift the cabin on the first attempt (due to truck access issues - trees/fences) we worked on a solution and the team were back first thing the following morning to successfully uplift and deliver. The pilot vehicle driver mucked in to help on the shovel and between them managed to maneuver the truck to get the cabin over some stockyards to our preferred delivery spot. A great team with skills, common sense and a can do attitude - on top of all this reasonably priced.

   Absolutely unbelievable service. We had an issue with another Hiab company and we were left stranded. Until we found Allan in Google. He shifted another job to accomodate us and went out of his way to help us with the issues. Then three hours later we had to ring him again because of a Police issue where they deemed the load to be unsafe on the Auckland Motorway and he once again came to our rescue. The service these guys offer is above and beyond. OUTSTANDING

   Growing up in Wainui many years ago my Dad would often get metal from the Neville Brothers yard for our steep driveway. Fast forward 25 years later and my wife and i needed urgent metal delivered to our property and some items stored and transported in the last 3-4 weeks . The whole Neville Brothers team there were all awesome to work with and with great speed got our project done. Absolute legends to deal with and definitely good honest people that look after those in the Rodney community. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

   I have used Neville Brothers Hiab and Metal truck delivery services for about 10 years and found them to be reliable, efficient and experienced especially Allen. Sometimes they are a bit hard to nail down to a specific date/day but that is because they are busy and in demand (a good sign). I definitely recommend their services and I will continue using their company. P.S. For the negative reviewers. This platform is to review a business's service not because they hurt your feelings about horses or blocked a driveway doing their job. If you used their service and were happy or unhappy then you have the right to review them appropriately otherwise you have no right to leave feedback on this platform.
