   Used to be the BEST BK around the area but with this latest "upgrade" it made it more difficult for paying customers at drive thru to pay! It seems like the person who came up with this didn't even use their brains for this... Imagine if it's raining and you gotta open your window open to tap or swipe your card, take note that there is no shelter above the pay machine. Imagine if an old person tries to order and wanted to use their senior gold card... you think they would even think that they need to scan themselves the gold card at the speaker box before tapping/swiping their cards???? Add to that, if it's raining hard and the same old person needs to all that just to pay... I recon the company just don't want to give seniors the discount they deserve. HOW IS THIS AN UPGRADE?!

   If you don't wanna go to this BK just because it's a BK, you're missing out. I've always liked this branch but it seems like they've gotten even better in the last year or so. Even the slightly mis-shapen burgers taste good. Whatever you guys are doing, please keep it up! Reward and appreciate the staff, they deserve it.

   Food was tasty, service was friendly and efficient but the whole place lacked atmosphere. I'm fact, we were describing how interesting B King was when it first opened in NZ. It was like 1950s American diner, with a jute box and rock n roll music playing.I also remember there black and white photos of old Hollywood stars. People like nostalgia, it them feel good.

   Burger was the worst I have ever had, It tasted like fake meat it was rubbery and wasn't even hot, the chips were warm and greasy, the drinks (Sprite and Coco Cola) were watery. The whole dine -in area needed a good clean. The toilets were smelly and the hand soap was falling of the wall. Would never ever go again.!!

   The fast food place was nice and clean when I entered and the staff was really welcoming. I even saw someone being mean to the staff and manager, calling them names and making fun of their pimples. The manager handled this amazingly so that the person wouldn't cause a scene and all the staff remained calm. The food was as good as what you'd expect from a fast food place and it wasn't too expensive to it was worth the money! I highly recommend, as long as you aren't a rude racist customer.
