   Not sure what happened to Hells or if it's just this branch. Asked for no onions on pizza, but there were onions. I could let that slide, but there was also quite a bit of hair in my pizza. The parts that didn't have hair were quite tasteless. Disappointing.

   Hell pizza is mostly notable because of the brand identity, not the food. The pizzas have fun names and devilish theming, but the Mount Doom was only okay. Slightly better than dominos, but certainly not twice-the-cost good. I’d recommend finding a more unique spot if you can. Also, the service was hilariously indifferent.

   Avoid like the plague. Treated ourselves to dessert. Brownie was so nuked it was caked to the aluminum foil tin and inedible. Plastic on lid was melted. Cheesecake was frozen solid and it still could not be penetrated with a metal fork after we took it home. It was frost burnt with ice attaching it to the container. We dined in and had to request a spoon or fork. Had no spoons and after some searching by the servers we were given wooden forks. These were inadequate given the state of the food.

   ⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed I ordered Cajun Wedges with tomato dip from Hell Pizza – 295 Kepa Rd, Mission Bay, Auckland 1071, New Zealand, but the food was not up to the mark at all. The wedges were undercooked and had no Cajun seasoning on them. I returned to the store to raise my concern. A Punjabi girl who made my order came to speak with me. While I was waiting outside, I overheard her speaking in Punjabi to her manager, saying things like “she ate the wedges and brought some back.” As an Indian, I understood everything — and I found this comment very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told they had my number and would call me back in seven days. This is not how customer complaints should be handled. I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service. Definitely not the experience I expected from Hell Pizza Mission Bay. ⸻

   A great alternative to other fast food pizza. Pizza is good, but still just a bit better quality than a typical fast food pizza. Ribs are AMAZING! Heaps of meat that falls of the bone - perfect!. Also camembert cheese bites also fantastic. A real let down though is the chicken tenders.... very processed meat texture, taste is ok.. but low quality IMO of the tenders. Atmosphere is 4 as takeaway/delivery only... BUT instore and delivery staff are always professional and polite... nothing to fault from staff. Delivery is always a little earlier than stated.

   Ive had really good Hells Pizza for example the one in Mount Roskill and New Lynn branch, but this one was so disappointing! I went there exactly 15 mins after my order and the pizza was cool didn’t taste fresh at all! Never had such a dry pizza in my life. Will never order from here again.

   The worst experience I’ve ever had at Hell Pizza! This was the first time ordering from Kohimarara and I will never be ordering again. The food was cold, and carried without a warming bag through the rain. The wedges were undercooked and barely an inch of lemon pepper on them. The pizza had a hair cooked into the crust (gross) and barely any toppings. Such poor, low quality for the $40 we paid. Very disappointing.

   Pizza was great. Pizza is always great! It’s pretty hard to do bad pizza. The salads….. Everyone’s doing salads, and for those trying to lo-carb it, that’s a good thing. Subway do bunless, salad options, Pita Pit OBVIOUSLY, but then someone said “Did u know Hell do salads?”. So we gave it a go. Pretty lack lustre. They really just stock some sushi styled plastic containers, to which they throw in woteva options you choose. So it means you get a layer of rocket, a layer of coleslaw-ish stuff, a couple of Olives, and 11 small bits of chicken. And here’s the problem: we specifically asked for EXTRA chicken, to boost the protein. Mate, if that’s extra chicken, she must be a dwarf chicken! That was a pathetic amount of chicken, even for a standard serve. Nevermind. Done it. Tried it. Will we try it again- probably not

   I remember Hell pizza being a thing in Australia for a short time over a decade ago. Figured I would give it a try tonight as I'm staying in the area. Highly regrettable decision on my part. Pizza's aren't value for money (see pics, $10 for a pizza smaller than my hand?!) Pizza's were bland and flavourless. Not sure if they were running out of ingredients, but the Pepperoni had barely any pepperoni on it (what they did have on it was pulled apart pieces) had a large amount of pepper sprinkled on top to the point where it was burning your mouth and inedible. I can see why they didn't last long in Australia. Save your money and just go to Pizza Hut or Domino's.
