   Response Plumbing: Great service, came to my rescue in 2 hours of me contacting the company, following me receiving a Watercare bill for 10 times the normal monthly amount! Issey Benes in the office was so helpful and friendly. Michael came out and Identified a major water leak from a broken pipe on my front neighbour’s property where my water pipe lay underground. Michael Consulted with me clearly, so I understood my options. They Came and replaced my water line completely. Efficient, friendly, helpful, careful. All 3 guys on the job: Michael, Matthew and Zac.    Came home from work to find my sink and bathtub full of water — the whole drain was completely blocked. After a quick Google search, I called Response Plumbing Ltd and booked a plumber for 8 a.m. Mitch arrived right on time and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He clearly explained what caused the blockage and was very transparent and knowledgeable. Everything was fixed quickly and efficiently. I’d definitely recommend Response Plumbing — great service!

   Hi I recently (8 Feb 23) had a RMC Temperature Valve replaced on the water cylinder at my home in Clevedon . I was very happy with the service and the work of Mitch. However to charge $250.00 (plus GST) for the first hour is outrageous! - especially where vulnerable people have little option that to have a repair! IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY CALLOUT! I was never advised of this exorbitant fee (I WAS advised of the price of the part!) and this sort of charging leaves a sour taste from a company who installed the cylinder in the first place and who were recommended by a close friend! I will certainly advise those who use this company to check carefully what are the charges before engaging your services

   Mike is a super hero, I felt so lucky and grateful he saved my house on Friday night professionally and efficiently. My house had a big flooding incident last Friday due to a pipe burst, after I called everyone I know and of course no one responded, I found Emergency Plumber online, I thought the quickest response I would have might be next day if we are lucky, surprisingly Mike managed to come shortly after the call and fix it straight away on a Friday Night, I feel incredibly lucky and grateful for his amazing work and attitude, as well as giving me good advice based on his rich experience, definitely recommend to friends and family, this company is a truely blessing, thank you very much and wish all the best.❤️❤️❤️
