   Hi, the reason for my review was due to the work that was done when removing my nail colour on my nails. The lady that did my nails were lovely with a smile on as it was my first time getting gel colour in New Zealand. But, when I got there to remove my nails, the work that was done wasn’t the best. I had to wait a lil longer despite my appointment slot that was given because the shop was crowded. Secondly, the removal work that was done was not the best, I have a picture of it attached below.On top of that, I was not told that cutting my nails would cost $15 which I can do myself. Because, the lady was lovely and it was my first time when she asked me after removing my colour, shall I cut it too? I said sure without thinking that will be charged. Nothing is free, yes but in that scenario it didn’t cross my mind given prices were shared for different designs on nails, and types when I first went in to do my nails a month prior. If she was about to charge me, she should have advised it’s $15 to reshape nails, would you like to do it? The question asked was “Should I shape it for you” with a smile? And I felt deceived went I washed my hands and was ready to leave the store that the lady said today it’s $15. I asked her then, and she said yes we charge for shaping. That was not worth it for me as there was no honesty. All the best!

   Last Sunday I had hybrid eyelashes extensions and SNS manicure done. I had a lovely experience. Junny was amazing! She had such gentle hands and did an awesome job. She also made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I will definitely be back! ❤️

   Thanks to the team for the most amazing spa pedicure I've ever had. The massage chair was so relaxing and enjoyed the foot massage, the experience didn't feel rush which I really appreciated. This salon is affordable too and staff very nice. They communicate well, respond quickly to texts and send appointment reminders. I've done gel manicure before previously and very happy with the results too. Favourite salon in Parnell.

   I am so happy with my discovery of London Salon. It’s a small salon that does mani/pedi, hair, waxing, eyebrows and eyelash extensions. Junni was excellent, experienced and so helpful. Having had a deluxe mani/pedi, I decided to finish off with my hair styled and Junni squeezed in a last minute appointment. Thank you I’ll be back

   My first time doing a deluxe spa pedicure here! Bella did my nails and she was super detail-oriented with the procedure and careful with my feet, making sure my toenails came out stunning. A lot of other nail salons do a rushed job but this place made you feel like you were getting a top tier pedicure where you can actually relax!
