   Overall, I’m happy with my result. But the young woman who did my brows needs some practice with the shaping. My eyebrows are plucked too much on one side, and the tint is patchy. I love my lashes, and the eyebrows are generally striking. Still pleased, and thank you to the team. The manager had to come and correct some shaping, but the eyebrows had already been waxed so the last minute tint hasn’t fixed the shape.

   I’ve tried two other clinics for laser hair removal and spent a ridiculous amount of money with barely any results. After just five sessions with Kate, I went nearly 12 months without needing another treatment! I’ve just completed my sixth session and can’t wait to see the results.    I’ve been having regular Dermapen microneedling and facial peels for the last six months and couldn’t be happier with the results. My pigmentation and skin texture has noticeably improved and I’m enjoying regular compliments on my skin. I also see Up for laser hair removal, as well as lash lifts, and am equally happy with the results. The staff are lovely, I like the salon and appreciate the onsite parking.

   This place is a lifesaver. I've tried quite a few of the high-end places in Auckland, I haven't discovered someone as good as Ui when it comes to eyebrow shaping. I care about the symmetry of my eyebrows, and I don't like them being tinted. I like the arch. So I needed someone who could shape them perfectly. And Ui really does that. She is very good at what she does, and she listens to what you want. Also with her recommendation, I discovered Chloe (Up salon as well). And that was another lifesaver. My skin had problems right before Christmas, I was panicking. I emailed and asked if she could do something to fix it, and she fixed it! (For me it was a small Christmas miracle.) So I didn't look awful in the family pictures everybody shared everywhere. I highly recommend this place.

   I’ve been coming for a year now and my lashes are always incredible! The condition of my lashes are so healthy and you can never see glue! It lasts really long if you take care of them & falls out naturally so it doesn’t look like chunks of lashes falling out! On top of that everyone is so nice and professional and the atmosphere is so relaxing! Definitely worth the price & won’t go anywhere else for my lashes :)
