    Not transparent about opening time. On Google it says opens till 21:00 on Monday but I went there and it was closed? What kind of business management is this. I’ve scrolled through the comments and all I see are excuses: staff shortage, price differences, etc etc. All I see is poor management

    Should be called Pure Inconvenience. Call them when they are closed (3:30) Monday and they just hang up on you. Trying to get a parcel from Aramex is worthless.

    just ok. the guy that served me, shivam was very friendly although he did complain about working there all the time cause they were short staffed but he is very passionate at his job and he has awesome customer service! just ok!
