   Really rude service by clerk, tried to order a hotdog and asked for no mustard on it. When I received my hotdog it had mustard so I politely told the clerk that I had ordered without mustard because of an allergy and I couldn’t eat it. He insisted I should just have it and when I explained I couldn’t he just gave me a refund. My friends then went to order one hotdog with mustard and one without and he offered them the pre made ones he couldn’t sell to me and when they asked for one without mustard refused them service and locked them out. A third friend had to go and order explaining that he was rude for us to finally get our mustard free hotdogs in which he took over 20 minutes to make them, much longer than the usual time it has taken to have them made. Very rude customer service i’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

   Probs good for snacks, but the first image is a fraud, they don’t sell any alcohol. I feel betrayed and am now on a quest for booze in another Uber. On the bright side they were really nice. 10/10 for snacks, 0/10 for alcohol.

   I'll be honest, I didn't have a good experience here. I don't think its a customer service issue, but an issue with quality of food. I swung by curiously because I felt like a hotdog, only to find out that they didn't sell any hot dogs anymore (signage outside an in-store). Instead, I opted for fish and chips since I was feeling peckish for a quick snack. The clerk was actually really nice, he was very polite and told me of what was/wasn't available. No issues there. But when I was waiting for the fish and chips, I noticed that their frying oil was pitch black. When I got my food, I asked for tomato sauce (smothered over). After leaving, and taking a bite, I can tell you that it had a putrid aftertaste. Not from the fish and chips (which were fine) but from the tomato sauce, it was expired! It was not sweet, or sour and it left an extremely bitter note with me. Honestly it tasted like I put dishwasher liquid in my mouth. Again, the gentleman was very kind and polite, but I do think there's an issue with management and food standards.

   This store is more than just your usual convenience store ! There is magnificent diversity in the range of products that are stocked, from just your every day necessities to a fabulous choice of wines and organic goods. The fruits are always fresh and are exactly what i require to start my uni day ! Customer service is an A+. Workers are always smiling and never reluctant to lend a helping hand :)
