The first time I visited, it was good. But the second time was really disappointing the coffee and cake were terrible, and they even brought me a dirty spoon. It completely ruined my experience.
$5.90 for a long black. No thanks. Not even cafes at Newmarket, Mission Bay and Takapuna have that price.
My experience at Extract Coffee and Juice was nothing short of appalling. The person behind the counter was not only rude but downright condescending. As I tried to place an order for four cups of coffee, he rolled his eyes multiple times and made no attempt to hide his impatience. It was as though my very presence was a nuisance to him. His attitude was completely unprofessional, and it felt like I was interrupting his day rather than simply placing an order. I was taken aback by the complete lack of customer service, and I certainly won't be returning.
Great little Cafe with good strong coffee, the service is good and the staff are friendly, would definitely recommend a visit.
Great juices and coffee. You usually see nicely dressed old ladies having their breakfast/lunch here. The service is nice, drinks are good. Everything comes in takeaway cups but there are tables where you can sit. I only remembered to take a picture after I drank the juice. It was a classic fruit cocktail.
Only go here for coffee but it's the best. Of course each person has their favourite flavour but for me it's the best in town. What's really great is the consistency of flavour heat and strength.
I have tried the fresh juice blend and also the coffee. Coffee has very nice aroma and the juices are nice and feel healthy after drinking. Right by the entrance too so can sit outside on the mall benches under the sun as well. Very good
