After years of having my naturally dark blond hair ruined with bleach attempts at every expensive "boujee" salon in Auckland I decided to do a change of pace and go to my local salon for yet another major correction of botched colour. When I came to Toni & Co's I was actually in disbelief how closely they listened to me, the attention paid to detail and no feeling of any pressure to go fast and get me out the door but instead worked at a pace to get it right the first time. The team are all very nice and caring, calm vibes which is very relaxing and destressing. The cut's are pleasantly on point as well. I've found my forever spot to massive relief!

    Had a chemical hair straightening done here. The stylist did the procedure wrong and it resulted in my hair not only remaining straight, but also recieving permanent damage. When I went back to them about it they insisted it must've been because I got my hair wet and refused to give me a refund. Would not recommend.
