   Food was as usual yummm. We ordered hot and spicy chicken, egg fried rice and bak choy garlic stir fry. Huge portion size. We ended up packing the left overs too. The couple was very welcoming and warm. Value for $ spent.

   This Chinese restaurant is underrated. The location is by the shopping centre car-park, so it’s not visibly obvious from the main road. The food (particularly vegetable dishes) is exquisite. I recommend Eggs fried with tomatoes (西红柿炒鸡蛋), it’s a Chinese common dish, but it’s the best that I’ve tasted anywhere. I also recommend eggplant stir fried with beans. Nice atmosphere as well. They also do a typical northern Chinese breakfast in the morning.

3. Hao ★★★★★

   A rest owned by a northern Chinese couple. They are very nice, could not speak mandarin well instead they spoke a dialect. You can still understand them 80%. Food was good, big portion, and most of them are yum. Hi La soup was seasoned with tons of spices and made it undrinkable to me, but other customers seemed fine. It could be personal preference. Price is also reasonable. We will be back for more but not Hu La soup.

   Very pricey, less quantity and quality. Poor communication.If u order combination fried rice u hardly see any meat in it. $29/dishes..will get surprised when u see the order on table.

   The place was tidy, self serve cutlery. I walked in at 8pm, there was a table of 2 already enjoying their meal. I ordered Spicy Dan Dan noodles (prepaid), as soon it arrived i was already disappointed, something was immediately missing, i used chopsticks to scour for mince, they usually serve pork mince with Dandan noodles but found no trace. I asked the man - possibly owner, where's the pork or beef? , he said "No" and laughed. I didn't bother to question further as there was a language barrier. The noodles was soft, overcooked, the sauce was mediocre, generous with the bak choy, it was juicy and crunchy, fresh, also came with corriander and some beansprouts. Maybe back in China, Dan Dan noodles are vegan? but certainly the first vegan dan dan noodles i've ever had. No mention it was a vegan option in the menu. I finished all the bak choy and left..

   Used to have my traditional chinese breakfast here. Took an easy lunch today with my friend. Simply a Northern China family restaurant, demonstrating traditional chinese way of cooking skills and seasonings. Friendly price definitely value for the portion and the money you spend. Whenever I miss my late Dad this is the place to taste a bit of his love.
