Not every technician focuses on the finer details, but the technician who did my nails today (I believe her name was Melinda) went above and beyond. She took great care with the filing, shape, and color, and didn’t rush through any part of it. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out—thank you!
never am I going there again. I have walked in on a Thursday to get my lashes done. As soon as I reached the counter one of the lady’s were busy being on their phone until I said hello?, I asked if I could my “lashes” done and all I got was a rude response saying “no you can’t you have to make an appointment”, but clearly it says walk-ins available or wtv it says. I asked if I could do it now bcs I’m still playing anyways even if did t book but she still rudely refused to do my lashes and had kicked me out. Bad service
I really wish I had read the recent reviews before attending. I’ve been here once before (a few years ago) and since I was in the area and had time, thought it was a good idea. In short, I paid for gel manicure and brow shape ($60). I left with a noticeable patch missing from my eyebrow done by one lady and bleeding cuticle by another lady. I had asked for just a tidy and to keep my brows thick and had to say “ouch” loudly so the nail lady knew she was being too rough. I should’ve known something was wrong with my brows bc 3 different ladies kept looking at me and laughing. I just thought it was bc my face was red from the waxing. As someone that regularly gets their nails and brows done this experience wasn’t great and I wouldn’t recommend going here based on this experience alone. I know it’s just hair and it’ll grow back but I hope this helps the business improve their customer service and consider slowing down and listening to the customer. Photo of my brows are 3 days apart and I don’t fill in my brows (but will now lol). (Attended 17/12/24 at 4.24pm)
I went in on Wednesday 35mins before they closed and one of the ladies her name was Ann she done my gel pedicure. This has to be the best pedicure job I’ve got! I recommend Ann! She’s so lovely and also does the pedicure very well! I think I found my new nail salon and even better it’s close to work and home!!
The girls are so amazing, done my manicure and pedicure and I'm recommend this is the best place ever 100%
Wonderful service, beautiful ladies always do a fabulous job, my two girls and I never have to wait. We just love going and getting our nails done.
Lovely service. Very friendly and did a beautiful get manicure on my natural nails. The hand massage at the end was also wonderful. Very reasonable price and I will be back for a manicure and pedicure soon :)
Called landline and messaged via Messenger on Mon 17th Jan 2022 to query a gift voucher that had lapsed from 2021 due to 2021 Feb/March lockdowns. Discussed reasons for inability to use voucher at the time and was given the opportunity to present the voucher and appointment booked. Upon arriving, staff accepted voucher and additional service paid for not covered by voucher. Very reasonabIe. Was tended to by Kieu who was excellent, patient & very accommodating with me being a first timer to a spa pedicure treatment. Manicure service was great too. Have had acrylics done in the past at several other nail salons but Kieu so far is the best! Nails still strongly intact after 4weeks of rough wear and no tear lol. Thanks so much to Kieu and her colleague. Extremely grateful you accepted my visit having received the voucher from my lil nephews as a 2020 Xmas gift. Recommend NT Nails & Beauty salon to all. The spa treatments are a must!!
Eyelash extensions are the best. My personal fav is flare and value for your pocket. Been a customer for a couple years now and have had a nails done too
