Selected a well priced sandwich but Grab n Go would not honour their very clear in store pricing. Poor (very pleasant) young woman on her first day was left completely unsupported by the two uncommunicative owner/managers sitting (hiding) alongside - despite her seeking direction on how to override the system to reflect the pricing displayed in store. Absolutely appalling behaviour on their part & ghastly experience for customer and staff member. Please Don’t support this business- it’s not the Kiwi way to falsely advertise, ignore a polite but disgruntled customer nor leave your poor first dayer totally unsupported while you watch on, avoiding customer engagement with your head in your phone.
