If this rating system would allow me to go higher I would. Excellent service, amazing coffee and superb food. There’s no full menu but with a cabinet packed with choices, you’re sure not to notice. Staff are friendly and attentive. The decor is very tasteful and made us feel as though we were at home.

Cafe is convieniently located at the bottom of the old AMI building, so is good if you work nearby. The coffee is delicious along with the yummy chocolate that normally comes with each cup! Unfortunatly I too had the same issue others, thinking I was ordering a large but was just a medium cup - On your menu board it says Regular, medium, and Large - There is no Extra large option as mentioned below, unless you are a regular and know to specifically ask for an Extra Large. Overall the coffee is top quality and will be back.
The coffee is delicious. It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s always clean and warm. I use the meeting rooms to decompress which is a bonus. Coffee is delicious
Ordered a large coffee and was given a medium (no big deal). I feel like the lady behind the counter only gives people "large cups" if they are her regulars. I know this because I work in the same building and other staff members who buy from the cafe, and they had "large sized" cups. Look the price of medium to large is only small difference, but when I'm paying for a large coffee, as my other colleagues who are getting large then I would expect I recieve a large and not a medium. This is the 2nd time it has happened. I even questioned this "is this large?" and the staff member advised yes, which is incorrect, as there are cups stacked on the counter. Next time don't judge people because they are not your regulars, and don't ignore them when your busy, just tell them you wont be long.. 0 stars for customer service, coffee was okay, but was really put off by being judged.
