   I’ve always enjoyed ordering from here — their service has usually been excellent, and the pizza used to be consistently delicious. However, with my recent order, I was really disappointed to see the curly fries arrive burnt. The edges were black, and they didn’t taste as good as they used to. I hope this was just a one-off issue, as I’ve had many great experiences in the past.

   Unprofessional pizza cutting. Half pieces too big half too small. Pizza was just overloaded with sauce… not good taste like before

   I definitely love the great tasting pizzas and amazing flavours! The dough and toppings are of good quality. Sometimes this shop can get busy and waiting time is quite long even for just a box of pizza. They’d sometimes say 15min but is actually longer than that. But hey, business is busy and that is good! Maybe add more staff?

   Not bad Pizza has become a regular weekend tradition for me over the past couple of years. I have consistently enjoyed their delicious pizzas with no complaints about the food quality so far. Even on busy nights, the staff always manages to deliver exceptional service with a smile. I appreciate their attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere they create in the restaurant. The ingredients are always fresh and the flavors are consistently on point. I always look forward to my weekly visit to Not bad Pizza because I know I can count on a satisfying and enjoyable meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pizza experience.

   I was pleasantly surprised at the taste & quality of their pizza's. I ordered Italian with anchovies, meat lovers pizza, creamy chicken & beef & all were really good. Online ordering was quick & easy and staff were friendly. Highly recommended.

   Worst place for pizza.. we ordered 4 large pizza and wanted to have some tissues and extra sauces. We were ready to pay extra for the sauces. But they rudely said no we are not allowed to give tissues or sauces. That's where you know the standards of management. Never going again

   I used to come here for years and have always done a phone order. Staff and service have always been pretty good. Excellent quality pizzas BUT service is now shockingly bad and has been so for several months. They now no longer do half and half pizzas despite previously charging an additional fee which i was okay to pay. Now you can't even order by phone for months now. I managed to get thru to a cell phone mentioned on the voice mail of a woman there and she was unwilling and refused to take my order by phone, who, despite talking to her in the shop and just had to pick up a pen, insisted it is done by internet which for an older generation person like me i just hate doing. Nevertheless, I then tried it and the internet page just said my cart was empty and despite clicking here and there and getting more and more frustrated, I could not fathom out how to enter anything. So....never bought. I know the labour market is tight but surely after literally several months now, they should be able to find some staff to resume a normal service that peoople expect. Utterly pathetic and you have lost me as a previously loyal regular customer. They either are making too much money and just don't care if they lose customers....or...they just don't care full stop.

   Last time I ate here was very disappointing but today they seem to be back on track. Vegetarian pizza was fresh and tasty and just right consistency with that crunch on the outside and fluffy inside. Good generous toppings. Very nice. The ladies working there we're friendly and helpful and pizza was cooked quickly. There are tables there but they were all stacked to the side today, not sure if they are available to eat in at all
