Utterly disappointed. Booked a full package (haircut with bread trim, facial and a hair wash treatment) for my husband as a fathers day gift only to find out when he got there the staff informed him they didnt have the machine and just gave him the haircut and bread trim. Only a day before i even called and checked and they said they could do everything for him. When he came back home without the facial and hair treatment i called hair by wayne to know what had happened and the staff didnt really seem to care and all he could say is we dont have the machine. I said if you didnt have it shouldnt have you informed or cancelled earlier and he said no we only let clients know when they come in. Very poor service. Have booked them from years back when Wayne himself was doing the cuts but its a shame to see that staff dont really care about clients anymore.
They really know their stuff! This was my first time there and Wayne did an amazing job. Really liked how he explained his thought process before and during the cut - great service!
I have had cuts from a lot of really great barbers over recent years, but Wayne is the best I've been to. He's a great chat too, and the rest of the barbers down there are also great. Highly recommend.

I've gotten several haircuts here over the years. Haircuts have always been great! But recently I had made an appointment through their online portal, which was confirmed, and when I showed up nobody was at the shop. I waited till 25 minutes after my appointment time, tried calling and emailing, but haven't heard anything even after a week. Edit: Eventually they got in touch and explained the situation.
Don't waste your time. Hair by Wayne has a very strict cancellation policy, requiring at least 24 hours notice or you're up for 50% of your fee. Yet, this doesn't seem to apply to their barbers. Yesterday, when I was in their shop 10 minutes before my 11 am appointment (they do ask you to be at least 5 minutes early), I received a text message from Elliot my barber saying he won't be able to make my appointment - 10 minutes before! Disappointing, unprofessional, and inconvenient. I won't waste my time here again.
Took my 16 year old here after a botched cut from another barber. Elliot worked his magic and came out with a trendy cut that my son loves. No wait time due to being able to make an appointment, and air con a bonus! My son will continue getting his cuts from Elliot. Very professional and friendly.
