   I got charged 16% for payWave. What the heck woman. I obviously paid it without working out that it was 16%. People check before you pay it may not sounds like much but really 16%?? Reply : I don't remember the note saying 16% for paywave? when I asked you if paywave is not allowed, you said I can, but I just need to pay extra$1 and I thought $1 is not much until I calculated it after its actually 16%. So are you saying that the bank charge you 16% for paywave?? I was at your store about a month ago and did not pay extra for paywave so this must be new. You said *At the end no one force you to paywave* did you want me to walk out without paying?

   Spoilt my eyebrows and very rude in communication upon showing her mistake. And only excuse she uses client can't pay if price is up by $2. Used wax and her wax didn't pull the hairs upon asking she said I use soft wax . And mostly want to do threading when asked for waxing. She has spoilt my eyebrows a couple of time and did mention to her and even today before service told her to make sure do it right. Yet she did. M never going back to her and not recommending any clients too.
