I went to Top to Toe to get threading done in February 2024. The threading service was just ok, but during my treatment I had to listen to an indian prayer on repeat the whole time. It is not relaxing or enjoyable for a whole session of treatment. A change in music would absolutely make a huge difference.
Did not listen to me at all! Asked them not to touch the shape of my brow or the thickness just wanted them to tidy my brows up for my 21st this weekend. Walked out with the thinnest eyebrows I’ve ever seen, when I complained and said they were too thin the staff decided to put henna over my freshly threaded eyebrows. They applied the henna so unevenly that I asked them to remove it and left. I am astounded at the lack of professionalism and it was a terrible customer service experience! The eyebrows are uneven, ridiculously thin and now DARK black due to the henna being placed on them. I will definitely not be going back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I asked 2 times for my eyebrows to be tidied up and ended up walking out and going to buy an eyebrow pen to draw my eyebrows back on. Absolutely disgusted.
Off a recommendation from my cousin I decided to make a booking for my eyebrows and wax with Christina. Christina was very accomodating especially with concerns around my eyebrows and sensitive skin. The service was great and I left loving my eyebrows and wax. Super clean, very nice layout. Highly recommend.
Staff is amazing. they make you very welcome and comfortable. Use this beauty salon for a while now. Highly recommended. Five stars from me. :)
Worst behaviour I have ever seen. I was wearing home clothes- not sure if that’s why. Went for eyebrows threading today (small clinic across from stampede bar) Lady took me inside, didn’t even make any eye contact. Didn’t even bother to do her job nicely. Was roughly commanding hold here/ there. At least they should learn basic human interaction. So sad.
I usually go to this clinic (small clinic across from stampede bar) for waxing with no problems. I had my armpits done last week, and they are now badly burnt. Both armpits. I told the lady multiple times that the wax is hot and stings..she just continued to apply the wax omg. A week later and they are discoloured itchy red and swollen!! And I still paid full price. She didn’t listen to me and thought she knew best. No empathy, no apologies.
I had my first facial and I am amazed by the service. My face feels heaps lighter and relieved from plenty of rubbish. The lady was very thorough and seemed to be knowing what she's doing. She emptied some serious pimples and I left without any bleeding or discomfort, I left feeling relieved and 10 years younger :-) Thanks for the great service, see you in two weeks :-)
