    Zero stars for the most useless planning and distribution of pizza for a school with 156 orders being OVER 2 HOURS OVER the agreed time. We have never had this problem anywhere else. It happened earlier this year and they ensured us never again, we will never be ordering from there in future and I guarantee our school community will stop ordering from there in future too once we tell them.

    WORST DOMINO’S EXPERIENCE EVER — Both Pizza and Customer Service Were Absolutely Appalling! I ordered a pizza that arrived with barely any cheese at all — completely unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s. When I called to raise the issue, the conversation was conducted in Punjabi as the staff member requested. I was told to send photos of the pizza to a specific number, which I did immediately. After that? Complete silence. No response, no follow-up — nothing. When I called back, a staff member named Akash rudely told me that no one there would have spoken Punjabi and that the number I was given belonged to someone named Oliver. He even went as far as to say we must be “dreaming” the whole thing. Then he arrogantly claimed the pizza was “perfect” and told us to either eat it or leave it because “nothing will be done.” Absolutely disgraceful attitude and zero accountability. Domino’s needs to seriously retrain their staff on customer service and food quality. If this is how paying customers are treated, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — and warning others to do the same.

    Dear Domino’s Management, I’m writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your branches at papakura. The staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service skills. Instead of resolving issues politely, they chose to argue unnecessarily — behaving more like courtroom debaters than customer representatives. Such conduct is disgraceful and completely unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s. It not only ruins the customer experience but also severely harms your company’s reputation. I urge you to take immediate corrective action to ensure your staff are properly trained to treat customers with the respect they deserve.

    I recently ordered a pepperoni pizza, and while it arrived warm, I was a bit disappointed with the overall quality. The pizza was smaller than expected, the crust edges were slightly overcooked, and the amount of pepperoni was quite sparse. For the price, I was hoping for more generous toppings and a better balance in cooking. I hope Domino’s can improve the portion size and topping coverage in the future

I had ordered a veg pizza, very clearly expecting a vegetarian meal – only to find bacon on it when I opened the box at home. My partner don’t eat meat, and this was not just a mistake—it was a serious violation of dietary preferences and values. When I went to the place to report it, expecting at least a sincere apology and some accountability, I was shocked by how casually and rudely the staff responded. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they blamed me, saying: “How would I know you didn’t put it at home?” What kind of logic is that? Why would any customer add bacon to a vegetarian pizza themselves and then complain? There was no empathy, no responsibility, not even the slightest attempt to make things right. Just a cold, dismissive tone that made it clear they didn’t care about customer satisfaction or basic respect. I felt not just disappointed but honestly insulted. Food is personal—whether it's for religious, ethical, or health reasons—and when a place disregards that, it’s not a small issue. They didn’t just mess up an order; they ruined my meal, ignored my concerns, and showed absolutely no professionalism. Shameful behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values food safety, customer service, or basic human decency. Please be cautious if you have dietary restrictions. I hope no one else has to go through something like this. I would like to get a call from this place owner :)

    Still waitkng for refund staff lied Food came warm not hot or fresh everything was steamed up and soggy after I rung 4mins before that to see where my order was even confirmed with worker that it will be hot as it was already 15minute slate from delivery time I live 3minutes away. Chip box was crushed chips were uneatable soggy as yuck pizza came with the wrong base asked for deep dish got super thin tortilla practically no base

    Really poor service, I ordered a garlic bread and mini pancakes with a chocolate dipping for my daughter through Uber eats. First the estimated arrival was around 25 minutes. I then called them for an update after that and they said the driver hasn’t left the store. So I waited again, the update was my order’s nearly arrived, only to get a call after an 1hr and 30mins that they have to cancel due to drivers being all booked. Will never ever return. My poor baby waited all that time to get nothing, it’s what she requested for.

    Ordered "chicken Tikka" pizza. What I got was bread no sauce and 4 pieces of paneer. 2 pieces of chicken on the total pizza. How are you guys so bad I will never ever order again. Stay clear.

    Absolutely shocking ! I ordered a vegetarian paneer pizza and was given a chicken pizza instead! My shock and horror at being served chicken! It is staunchly against my personal and religious beliefs. I call up the store. No apology offered and instead got shouted at by the staff. At this stage my husband steps in. He gets shouted at too by the staff. Staff ends up hanging the phone I do not recommend this store. They get your order grossly wrong, shout at customer and hang up ! ☹️ We are certainly never going back to this store.

    Shocking pizza !!! Pepporoni pizza had burnt something around it and divided horribly, burger pizza was burnt also with almost zero burger sauce and delivery took over a hour and a half!! Never again
