I went in the sixties . My last class was standard one with Mr Sherwood before he did his national service. I had the Rae twins as girl friends. I dont know about today but for me it was fantastic.

Campbells Bay was my first school in 1955. I'm shocked to hear ANY Pohutukawa trees are to be felled. What a shocking and hypocritical example for students. Why can rhe classrooms not be 4 levels like many apartments are now? Shame on the school leadership for even considering this.
