Asked for comb and scissors to be used on my child as he’s had serval haircuts using comb and scissors in different places, they used a razor instead and the haircut is not level or straight. I won’t be using them again.
Wonderful talented hairstylists working there. Friendly reception and I always end up with nice cut and quick dry. Hardly ever waiting for service. Highly recommended
I do not recommend this. I wanted to cut my hair short. When finish I walked out of the salon and noticed that it is uneven cutting, one side is a bit longer than the other. Basically I have to ask my mum to even it out at home. Not great at all. Sorry not coming back again.
I don’t want to give you even one star… very unhappy with my hair cut. I requested for layer cut and look what i got, I couldn’t find any layers….. unprofessional stafff
Had a positive experience with the stylist that has a short bob hairstyle not only did she cut,wash and blow dry my hair but she also gave me good hair tips. I really like my haircut and the service I received.
The lady cutting my hair only wet the hair at the ends and did the cut. Also, hair were poorly dried. I will not recommend this for people with long hair. I see that they do decent cuts if you have short hair.
The lady who did my hair had no idea how to blow dry hair, so much so that the had to straighten it in the end (very badly). She didn't even really ask what package I wanted in the beginning and attempted to send me away with frizzy, half wet hair even though I was more than happy to pay for a decent blow dry. $90 for rubbish service. I'll stick with my usual hairdresser next time, I just wanted a basic trim and blow dry to look nice.
The lady butchered my 2 year olds hair ! I said I wanted a tiny bit off and she just used clippers and cut it so short and he has all these bald patches now ! I told her she was cutting it to short and just ignored me . She was rude ! Don’t waste your time or money there unless you want a terrible hair cut and terrible service!!
The worst haircut I have ever had. My hair was totally ruined by the Korean "hairdresser " who works there every Monday. She was irresponsible. She don't even section my long hair before cutting. She just try to rush it and finished my hair within 5 minutes even they were pretty loose. She was definitely not qualified to be a hairdresser. Why is this place still open? I wish I had read the reviews before I went to that place. Avoid!!!
