   I was very happy with my first haircut 6 weeks ago and returned to Jessie for a trim this week. Unfortunately Jessie did the opposite of what I asked and we had clearly discussed. My hair was cut extremely short and the weirdest thing is that Jessie decided to cut my hair short and expose my surgical scarring behind my ears and on my forehead. She literally cut around the scarring to expose it.. for example, she cut my fringe up higher on my forehead specifically in the area where I have the most scarring. I use my fringe and the hair behind my ears to cover my scarring and now I cannot do this. Jessica decided to do a restyle without asking. I wasn't charged. But now I have to live with this mistake for many weeks and have no way of avoiding the attention my scarring gets with probing questions. It is devastating. I'm annoyed that my hairstyle was changed and extremely upset that I have to deal with the outcome. Clearly there is a quality control issue at this salon. You might get what you asked for, or something completely different. Not being charged, does not leave you in the same position as before the event. It might leave your wallet in the same position..but not your appearance. Possibly something one would do to raise money for charity? Like getting yout head shaved for fund raising.

   The lady that did my hair was lovely just didn’t like the end result as it wasn’t really what I requested. I chose Rodney as it’s an award winning salon but didn’t get the result I actually wanted. I knew that mixing brown and red together won’t give me the correct colour. So disappointed ☹️

   I had a lady called Hash do my hair the other day at Rodney Wayne shore city. When I walked in to my appointment she came in 10 minutes late to my appointment. After she had washed my hair she continuously went on for the next 20 minutes about how horrible and dry and ruined my hair is which was very rude talking none stop about it for 20 minutes straight right to my face. I asked for layers in my hair and she put way too many layers in the right side of my head and no layers on my left side. It looks absolutely terrible and I am very unhappy with how she treated me and how she did my hair. I have been coming to this store for many years but won’t be coming back because of her.

   Great experience on my first visit to Rodney Wayne Shore City last week. I went in with long hair and came out with a much needed short haircut that I am really pleased with. Jessie was lovely, listened to me and provided great advice. She did an awesome job of putting me at ease and cutting my hair just the way I wanted and showed enthusiasm for the change I was making. Thanks Jessie... I will be back.

   Visited the salon for the first time today. I had baby highlights, cut and blow wave done. Anabel and Jessie did such an amazing job! They both listened to what I wanted and provided great advice. They were kind and made sure I felt comfortable at all times, while they were working their magic! I loved the service and the end result of my hair. It looks and feels amazing! I will definitely be coming back!
