I had a disappointing experience at Oscar & Co. during a recent consultation. I was in the chair for approximately 30-40 minutes, and most of that time was spent waiting for the stylist to look things up elsewhere. By my calculations, in total, I spoke with the stylist for 10-15 minutes out of the 30-40 minutes; the rest of the time was spent waiting. I had previously stated exactly what I wanted, so they knew the services I was looking for in advance. I got the sense that the stylist was not interested in doing my hair as they - not in so many words - told me that my hair was too long and it would take too long to complete the service, so they wouldn't do it for me. I understand that not all services are possible, thus the point of a consult. However, I had also asked for a colour service quote, which they said they would discuss with colleagues and then get back to me within the week (again, the point of a consultation). I have not heard from them, except for an email requesting feedback and to book my next appointment. I specifically chose Oscar & Co. because they seemed like the kind of place where I would feel welcome and get the type of fashion hairstyle I was after; however, I have been left feeling unwelcome, and over a week later, I still have no information on the hair colour.
Definitely can say I’m proud to have received services from Oscar&co. Such welcoming, lovely people with the cleanest environment. Havnt gotten my hair done professionally in a very long time so walked in quite indecisive, thankfully I had Rebecca who worked around my needs and ideas as much as possible and gave me more than what I hoped to achieve. Definitely recommend seeing her xx
I have been seeing Emily at Oscar & Co for over a year now and she is THE BEST there is. We all need a hairdresser that can give us the balance of what will make us happy, without jeopardising the condition of our hair! She did an incredible colour correction on my "50 shades of blonde mess" and my hair has never looked or felt better! If things are feeling fragile, she'll dial back the bleach and pack in the treatments! She is just incredible and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Macey has been my hair stylist for just over one-year at Oscar & Co and it's safe to say she is the ONLY person I trust with my hair. She never ceases to amaze me with her level of professionalism, talent, and attention to detail. From cuts to styling, extension application to the PERFECT colouring; Macey is your girl. I always leave Oscar & Co feeling so confident and refreshed. Highly, highly recommend.

Ed was incredible Master Stylist. He allowed time for an initial chat to learn about my hair, wants and needs. He then used all his years if knowledge and experience to do what he does best, create the haircut i have been wanting for years. Also, the shampoo and conditioner experience was fantastic with great head massage. I got offered a cup or tea which was delivered in no time on a gorgeous tea cup. Tea from Tea Total :) Thank you for the great experience to every one in the team. I already booked for my next session. 100% recommended.
