   Outstanding service from start to finish. A special mention to Chris and David (EasyAuto123 - North Harbour), who made the entire experience effortless and completely stress-free. There was no hard sell at any point—just honest, supportive information from the outset, which I really appreciated. I was thoroughly impressed and this is a genuine all-star experience. Although I ended up securing another vehicle than that I had shortlisted, my deposit was returned the very next day without any questions or hesitation. That alone speaks volumes about the integrity of this branch and team. In my view, they are leaps and bounds ahead of other yards I visited, where service was poor and information misleading from the beginning. It’s refreshing to see a car yard that is genuinely customer-focused, delivers outstanding service, and truly aims to achieve the best outcome for the customer.    I recently had the pleasure of working with Anton during my hunt for a vehicle and I can confidently say he provided exceptional service from start to finishing up on closing the deal for a Mazda CX-3.    Trust and great service! Thank you to the team at Easyauto123 North Harbour. I was on a remote island in Indonesia with sketchy Wi-Fi signal when I bought my car online from Easyauto123. I've never bought a car without first seeing it physically and test driving it. This was a stressful purchase decision for me because it was a substantial amount of cash to part with for something that I haven't tested yet. The guys at Easyauto123 North Harbour were great at making this decision easier. I dealt with Cengiz Karavan, the salesman for the vehicle. He was not pushy at any stage, answered all of my many questions, took extra photos for me when requested, especially when I wanted to look at finer details. To add to the complexity of this purchase, I needed the car delivered to Gisborne which they arranged for me perfectly. For months I searched for the right vehicle and I can say that I am a satisfied customer and relieved that I could trust these guys, the car is great and better than I expected. The sales service from Cengiz was good, returning my calls and messages. Dave Baines, the sales manager was also good, stepping in when needed to reassure me, and going the extra mile with the sales service, and then of course Emma Moen in the finance department who put me on a good track with the best extended warranty and insurance, and made the vehicle transfer a smooth process. Thank you to all of you for making this happen!

   I had a really easy experience coming in and purchasing a car, Anton approached me warmly with a great energetic energy and it was enjoyable having a conversation with him. He was clear about his information on the car so I wasn’t walking off with any extra questions. They took their time after purchasing to make sure the car was up to standard and nothing was wrong with it before driving off. Was also given a full tank of gas including rego and wof done for the whole year while also paying for extra mileage. Very happy they also sent the car to the groomers after purchasing for one more extra clean while also polishing the headlights which seem to have been clouded. Had to wait 2 days for the car to be ready but it was SO worth it.
