   We stayed in Unit 1E. Lovely place. Peekaboo view of the water from our living room. Clean units and everything we needed for our family, quiet at night too. Wendy was so lovely to work with when booking our unit for our stay there. Location was close to everything and walking distance to Britomart Train station, shopping, and the ferries to ride across to Waiheke and Devonport. Thanks Wendy! We’d definitely stay here again.

   At the first moment I gave a rating of three stars because mosquitoes have crawled into my apartment and there is no way to get rid of them, and I have not been able to buy any mosquito repellent. But the "Latitude 37" manager came to ask me what was wrong, and she immediately brought mosquito spray and organized the delivery of the anti-mosquito device. That delighted me and that's why I want to recommend this accommodation to everyone. The people are very friendly, the apartments are equipped with all the appliances you need - a complete kitchen, a dish, a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a spatula, kitchen towels, dish detergent. .. The apartment I rented is on the ground floor facing a busy road, but the noise is tolerable. A balcony with chairs and a small table, so it's a pleasant place to drink coffee with a colleague during the evening. I am delighted with the accommodation, which is almost next to the marina itself.

   An enjoyable stay was only possible with MD ,manager of Latitude 37 apartments.A family holiday on our first time visit to Auckland ,new Zealand.Thank you to MD who was on hand to assure we enjoyed the comfort that Latitude 37 apartments have to offer. Great location to all the happenings in town and a good base to have for a visit to the North island. MD also showed a us few lessons in ensuring a trouble free holiday. Kudos also to the after hours manager as well as the Housecleaning manager ,she was excellent in taking care of the cleanliness and support the whole 14 days we were there. Thank you for the great memories.

   Excellent accommodation, location and staff. A warm atmosphere in a peaceful corner of Auckland CBD. The Apartments have everything you could ask for, excellent bathrooms, huge bed and open plan living, kitchen, diner. There's even a dishwasher! It is the perfect self catering set up. You are a 5-10 minute walk from Britomart, the central travel hub of Auckland, which is just across the road from the ferry terminals meaning easy access to all travel routes for the bay and inland areas. The apartments are beautifully clean upon entry and cleaned on a schedule through your stay, outlined in the in room documents. Please do read these to get a proper understanding of the "house rules" etc. Price wise I do not think you would find better, we had a 2 week stay arriving from the UK, Our entire stay was under £600 (November 2016) this is just pre-season in NZ but still an absolute steal especially for the privacy, comfort and homely feel. You will only really find Backpackers for less. A highly recommended establishment. Would definitely stay again, well worth the money.
