Excellent breakfast we had. Eggs hasbrowns toast bacon salmon levain bread chorizo...and good flat white.
Great hidden gem in Ponsonby. Luckily the patrons on the street recommended we go in. This is worth a visit great story of restaurant origin. Coffees large and a bit milky for my liking by good flavour. Eggs and Sourdough perfect. Employees all really friendly, welcoming and attentive.
The vibe here is amazing, super cosy and well put together. It’s a great spot to hang out or catch up with friends. As for the food, it was fine, definitely not bad, but nothing to rave about either. The presentation could use a bit more attention to detail. Overall, a nice place to be in, but the food didn’t quite match the atmosphere.
Excellent service and food. Meals came out quite quickly. The big breakfast had generous portions. Their hash browns are probably the highlight of the experience. The oats were wholesome and vegan options available for those who require it. The menu is limited but excellent. Coffee goes down just as well as the food. The freshly squeezed apple juice is perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone after a fussy breakfast.
This cafe has a cute and cosy vibe with a nice courtyard. The highlight was the staff who were super friendly and fun, we loved our interactions with them. The food was okay, eggs bene was drowned in sauce and mince on toast was fine but not quite worth the price. Would go back just for a coffee and bants with the staff.
Absolutely smashing place! Incredible coffee in the biggest mugs and the most scrumptious food. Service was friendly and welcoming. The perfect little spot :)

Awesome Caffee in the heart of Ponsonby. As you enter you get the feeling of relaxation and real coffee culture. The food is spectacular and service always really helpful. If you are looking for a place to meet with friends, do your online work or just chill, Sol's can offer it all. Thank you for such an amazing spot
The atmosphere is cosy and make you want to come back. I recommended coming here anytime of the day even just for having a cup of coffee.
