My first experience at Sculpt Nails today was superb! I came in with an inspo photo and my artist followed it with impressive attention to detail! She also gave recommendations and was very willing to make things how I wanted. The service was a builder gel infill. I will be back
I've been coming here for last 8 months and been getting my nails by Julie. I am sooo impressed by her service and skills as a nail tech. She gets the job done to perfection every-time. Highly highly recommend.
As a loyal and long standing client of Sculpt in Newmarket, Auckland, I used to have not a bad word to say about the salon. However, things have massively changed for the worst in the past year or so. In my last appointment, I visited with my sister. Both she and I were spoken to incredibly rudely throughout the entire process, our hands were handled roughly and with absolutely no care, and throughout the appointment it felt as though staff were laughing and talking about us. In total, four different staff members worked on my hands alone, and each interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The quality of the work was also unacceptable. My nails are bumpy, uneven, wonky, and completely inconsistent in length. I still have glue stuck all over my hands. When I asked for an additional coat of a lighter colour—because the shade used was far darker than my inspiration photo—the technician visibly sulked, complained, rolled her eyes and then spoke negatively about me to her coworker. I also requested a small design adjustment which was agreed to but never done. No cuticle work was done—despite it being very clearly needed—and the overall application was extremely rushed and messy. My sister’s experience was equally concerning. She was given the wrong type of nail tips, and when she questioned it staff attempted to remove them by ripping them off without proper removal—after sealing them down. This happened three separate times, causing her great discomfort and distress. To make matters worse, the environment felt unsanitary. One technician even carried out part of the service while barefoot, which is completely inappropriate and unhygienic in a beauty setting. For a treatment that took over two hours and cost as much as it did, the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and skill was shockingly poor. We sent an email to the studio detailing our concerns following the appointment, and no one made any effort to reach out, respond or rectify the issue. After this experience, neither my sister or I intend to return.
Very nice and friendly lady..I am not sure if this is is considered a good finish for DIP nails..not happy with finish. Litter tones are difficult to see errors inside salon be aware..
I came 3 weeks ago and had my first nail art with Julie, I had such a great experience and decided to come back today. This is my new set of nails that we just finished and the service is just impeccable! Julie is very attentive, she listen to what you want and with her expertise she provides great advices a design too. Reasonable price and I’ll never go anywhere else from now on!
My first time have eyelash extentions but I'm fall in love with this. I also get 20% off cause they're running winter sale. The lady did my eyelash very gentle and gorgeous. Will be back

I think they're running the business under new management. Because the service is much better than what I have read from the reviews. The staff really nice to me, they also done a great job. Can't wait to come back
3 of us came in and got gel spa pedicures done and the service was top notch. The girl I had understood I was a bit ticklish, and didn't want clippers and she really listened. The massage she gave was so good I was in heaven! Thank you so much for a lovely experience. I will definitely be back!
Had a booking for a new set of acrylics. The shop was very clean and modern looking. My experience was pleasant and comfortable. Although it was a bit odd for me to have three ladies work on my nails for their training purpose it was all good. The price is a bit steep but at least there are many colour options to chose from! I would come back ☺️
