   This is the second time that I have worked with Neo Design on a new kitchen. Both times the experience has been first class. Their attention to detail, responsive service and quality of the finished product are all things that I would happily recommend them on. Their after sale service is the best thing - anytime anything is not working as it should - they come around, no problems and fix it. I am sure you can get kitchens cheaper but if you want a dream kitchen with peace of mind during the build and after - then you need Neo in your life.

   We engaged Neo Design to redesign and fit out our kitchen with the process starting in September 21 in the middle of Covid and an agreed projected start following the design consultation process of July 22. From the outset we were hugely impressed with the communication and collaboration with Wayne and his design team. Nothing was too much trouble - in fact Neo even held a new oven we had bought at the outset on their premises until installation. The design drawings and “renders” (images of the finish) were superb and allowed our quite frequent adjustments and evolving ideas to be incorporated into the final product. A worry was the prospect of coordination of the various tradies but that was completely and expertly taken care of by Neo Design’s preferred subcontractors headed by Mitch Avison (Suburban Solutions). Again, communication was seamless – from the removal of the old kitchen to the last lick of paint. The work commenced precisely on schedule. The opportunity to see the kitchen fully mocked up in the factory was impressive and very useful. Finally, the quality of the cabinetry, the finish and the precision of the fit is outstanding. This was a major project for a smallish property in Onehunga. It has transformed the space – there is nothing we would do differently, or wish that we had done, and 6 months later we walk into the kitchen daily and actually say “we love this kitchen”. We wholeheartedly recommend Wayne and Derek, from Neo Design along with Mitch Avison and his team. Tim Willcox and Brigid Mills.

   We commissioned Neo Design to design, manufacture and fit a custom kitchen for an extension of our 100yr old villa and it's 3.2m stud-height, making the most of the available height. The brief was to be in keeping with the period features of the house while being clean, functional, timeless... and with a 3.5m island! Wayne and he team were excellent and ensured they worked alongside the builders and other trades to get it right first time. Attention to detail was excellent, communication with us was on-point and the kitchen looks amazing. Would recommend (in-fact we have!) and would use again. While we went with a classic look, I love the modern work they have done too!
