   Visiting Auckland from Melbourne and had to stop by BurgerFuel Glenfield…it was a nice throwback, brought back great memories from when I lived in Glenfield for 5 years. The food was excellent as always, and a big shout-out to James for the superb, very friendly service. Made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back! ☺️☺️

   Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Raj at BurgerFuel tonight. I was waiting for our order with my two kids, and he noticed they were getting a bit bored. Out of nowhere, he pulled out a couple of BurgerFuel stickers and gave them to the girls—such a small thing, but it really made their night (and mine too). It’s so nice to see a kind of genuine kindness and attention to detail. Thank you Raj for your random act of kindness, you turned an ordinary dinner into something really special. Hope good things come your way too!

   Visited BurgerFuel late at night around 11pm and was really impressed. Raj provided amazing service – super friendly, welcoming, and took the time to ask about my dietary requirements, even offering alternatives, which really impressed me, Even that late, the food was fresh and great. Really appreciate the effort and hospitality, Excellent late-night experience and great service from Raj!will definitely come back!

   We had a chicken burger and fries. The burger was just average unfortunately. It was so juicy from all the fillings, they were dripping down our hands despite using the burger helper. I am thinking maybe the beef burgers would be a better choice, so I may try this again one day. The table tops were sticky. That's unpleasant.

   Good food, had an issue that was resolved. Picked up takeaway burgers and fries, arrived home 15min later and half the order was missing. Was unable to reach the store, lodged online complaint with national team that was either lost or not received. Local team were great in sorting the issue once contact was made, no issues with the food itself, what was there was great.

   Had cold burgers the last few times. Turned up early this time for takeaways to see the burgers sit there for over 10mins sealed in a box in a bag under a heat lamp?!?. Apparently waiting for chips. Staff didn’t care, even swapping soggy bags for fresh bags while waiting. Burgers yet again cold and soggy, chips squashed by sauces just thrown on top. I wouldn’t recommend this branch.
