Absolutely delicious food, especially after a beach swim. Food was decently affordable, had generous portions, and was mouth wateringly delicious! Highly recommend the Boss burger.

When we arrived on Sunday as part of our Kauri Glenn experience to find that there was NO space for a family of 5 to dine either inside or alfresco styles outside There was no warm welcome to encourage us to stay and place an order. It appeared that they were hosting their family and friends as they were engaged in harmonious conversations in their home languages. We're from Mangere Bridge and was looking forward to their burgers and loaded fries after our walk through the Kauri Glen Reserve. Can not guarantee our return as it was only spontaneously decided to there for Father's Day lunch

Absolutely delicious epic burgers! We got takeaways, as there's only a small amount of seating in the store. The atmosphere doesn't really matter a whole lot, because the food was absolutely on point. I wish we had one of these local to where we live, because I wouldn't even bother with other burger joints. The burgers are generous in size, delicious, and taste like actual meat/food! Not ultra processed, not overly salty, not sugary, like other chain brand burger stores. The sides were perfect too. Highly recommend! Would absolutely love one out West! My husband is a burger lover and he was not disappointed. Keep up the good work, making delicious, good honest food. Yum!

Top notch burger. I had the Three Fat Pigs. Great flavour with the various pork elements. My photo doesn't really do it justice. The chips were OK, probably 3/5, nothing too special. $29 for burger, chips and drink. On the high side, but it was a more expensive burger choice, so it could've been cheaper with other. Not great for dining in, clearly setup more with takeaway in mind. Overall, a great burger, and solid all round experience, so I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing, leaves me and my coworkers in the best moods with big smiles on our face after eating these burgers. It all started with The Bogan Burger and now we're working our way through the menu. Keep up the great work guys.

First time order. Got a 3 fat pigs, Seoul sister and kūmara chips. A bit disappointed in the chips and Seoul sister. Especially the kūmara chips quite over burn. The chicken burger also a bit burned. However the beef burger is good. Overall not as what I expected. ll give it another try in few months time. Hope I ll won’t delist flaming onion after second try

Not keen on leaving bad reviews. 3rd order, 3rd bad burger. $20 for "Macman" you bought the "croquette" from Wild Bean Cafe BP? Ate most the burger before even biting into bland croquette. One thin slice of depressed bacon? Dry patties. Embarassing product.

Have been frequenting this Northcote joint for a few years now. Quality has taken a serious nose dive since they expanded. Thought I'd give them one more go, was seriously insulted by the quantity and quality of the hand cut agria chips. $6.50 portion pictured.Burger was... Ok. Not at all like it used to be. Shame, won't be back. Edit: Was offered a comp meal by the owner, and it was much better value. Note to owner for comment below: The reason I posted a negative review was the original meagre quantity of chip portion.

I heard good things about this eatery from a friend. There are a few of these around Auckland but I chose to eat from the one in Northcote. Firstly, the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and provided top service the whole time even as I decided to dine in this afternoon. I ordered the steak fold burger with chips and a can of sprite. The food did not take long to prepare and it was nice. The burger bun and contents were fresh and well prepared. The only feedback is regarding the quantity of fries I received for $6 which I was not impressed with. Overall, a nice take out joint on the north shore.
