Had an awesome experience at Rice Kitchen in Epsom! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and really well presented. Portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic and made with care. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick with service.
The food was bussin, absolutely delicious! The cook's food was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. The bro solo'd it tonight busy with delivery orders and was just overall clutch.
Such polite staff. There's a small bar so as the name suggests, it's best to take the food away since the eating space is almost nonexistent. Food seems expensive for the taste and portion, it's alright for a quick fix.
Ordered online for pickup and my Karaage Curry with rice was waiting hot. It was so delicious and for 23$ it was pretty filling. The chicken was tender and the sauce had a mix of spice and richness I haven't had for a while. Their is a small seating area inside.
Hands down the best Donburi I've ever had the pleasure of eating, will definitely be going back next time I'm in Auckland. Cosy atmosphere, reasonable prices and friendly service. Food was presented well, and tasted fantastic, much more depth of flavour compared to similar dishes I have tried at other restaurants. Highly recommended.
Their bento is the BEST I have every ordered in Auckland. Have many combination and tastes amazing! I love their curry rice, chicken bento; And the sushi was amazing.
I’m a regular user but won’t come back. It’s still good food, but the prices have increased significantly while the portions have got a lot smaller. They also forgot to cook one of our orders so we had to wait 15 mins - hence the rest was stone cold when we ate. A shame - nice food, but far too expensive. And cold!
The noodles surprised me coming dry with no soup and in a plate. Didn’t have much flavoring and it was even cold at the bottom. The chicken on top was normal not too much sauce. The karaage chicken was good tho. Was going to give one but karaage pulled it to two. The noodles were definitely not worth the price and they also charged me one extra dollar.
The sushi and meal at Rice Kitchen was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend it!
