I have rang multiple times and selected multiple extensions, however no one is contactable and I just get a message that the mail box is full. Ring back later.
I have dialled the phone contact given, it rings once and is put on hold- Why? When Fiji Immigration has taken our money for processing 4 months later why is it I am still waiting to hear about processing of my application, and why can't someone answer our email to talk to us? After 8 months of wait, I had to see the Attorney General, Fiji to get my processing done, Staff in Wellington are still getting back to me 6 weeks later???
Pathetic service, never come across an embassy that never replies to phone messages or emails. They even have a consulate office in Auckland with wellington numbers and no body ever seems to reply to calls. I am in the process of applying a replacement FJ passport and not getting anywhere. Have followed guides from the website, but nothing is easy - so frustrated!!! Hope you simplify process and have someone dedicated to answer or reply to emails. Lot of people out of job, I am sure someone is keen to work
They don’t reply to any emails. The man answering calls sounds like he was half asleep and also doesn’t provide proper and full information on what’s being asked unless you bring it to his attention then he picks up on it. Every-time iv contacted Nz internal affairs for anything they’re willing to help, show enthusiasm and reply to emails. Do better Fiji High Commission!
Asked for information about my passport and was told i would be called back. But never did. The worst phone service. I've been calling multiple times a day for many days. Always goes to voice-mail. And mailbox always full so you can't leave a message.

Most unreliable service....phone always going to voice mail that its closed for lunch...... Very frustrating and disappointing.
