   I ordered simply cheese pizza for my kids and it was hard to find cheese in it . It was full of pizza sauce. Please think about quality of food.

   Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at Domino’s Takanini. I placed and paid for an order the night before, but when I got there the store was closed. The next day the Person on call was rude, unprofessional, and kept giving me wrong information. They even expected me to take an old pizza instead of helping properly, and refused to let me speak with anyone senior. After all that hassle, I finally got my refund but only after being made to wait again for too long. This whole situation was really disappointing. I genuinely want the Senior Manager to contact me, because this is not how customers should be treated.

   Tried to call to make an adjustment on an online order and no one would pick up the phone.I called four times, first two I was hung up on, third I was sent to voicemail, fourth it was left ringing, and ringing, and ringing so I hung up. Not happy with my experience at all

   I ordered two pizza one veg and one peri peri chicken plus garlic bread. After seeing garlic bread it was really hard to find difference whether it is actually a garlic bread or something else. Base was totally burnt. Lake of ingredients on pizza. Overall dissatisfied. Hope management will look on this matter and train staff accordingly.

   Worst experience ever, DO NOT get delivery from here!! I ordered A value pizza box with churros for delivery. These guys didnt follow my delivery instructions and chose to leave my food on the cold ground. When opening my food i discovered ants all over the food!! And the cherry on top? My churros were burnt!! Never order food from here, I have gotten sick because of their food.

   Dominos used to be an enjoyable takeaway but now it's just a complete joke. I ordered the 3 pizzas and 3 sides deal with 1 of the sides being coke, normally a 1.5ltr arrives but now it's a 330ml can! How does that make sense ? 330ml can to share with 4 people? All pizzas had little to no chicken and toppings on it and were completely covered in sauce. You couldn't even taste the little amount of toppings that were even on there because of the sauce. All 3 pizzas were disgusting. We had no choice but to eat it because it cost us $54! All customer care is gone and its obvious all they care about is money. Now there are surcharges and service fees adding up to an extra $8 per pizza on top of the already increased prices. Complete joke and I highly recommend you don't waste your money and time. Definitely go elsewhere.

   Food items were missing, driver was late by almost an hour making the food very cold, the cheesy pizza was all sauce with a sprinkle of cheese and everything was just tasteless. If I were to order again then I would probably order from somewhere further out and would skip the one in Takanini.

   Third time ordering from Dominos Takanini. Their pizzas were cooked perfectly & were delicious, can't complain for the price. Definitely good value for money & great customer service by staff. Best to order online and pick up. Can’t go wrong with this place.
