   Pizza was tasty but could've been better for the price (salmon). Delivery didn't carry POS machine and blacklisted me from ordering. By the time I sat down to feast, the pizza was cold not even luke warm. (June 2023)

   Been a while since I've visited 'Hell'. Thanks for not changing the positives and readily dealing to the negatives like ON THE SPOT - PRONTO! Meal was delectably delicious and ticked the taste box several times over. Appreciative ticks for Sustainable journey for ALL of the packaging. May your truth set you free!

   Very disappointed with the Unearthed Hangi Pizza and service from this branch of Hells Pizza. We made a counter order at 7.30pm and was told it was going to take 15-20minutes - Kei te pai. The order consisted of 2x Corn nuggets and 1x Unearthed Hangi Pizza. The guy was training a new staff member but felt that the person training the new staff member had really dropped the ball on customer service and keeping an eye on whose order was whose. My partner remained seated in the seating area and saw two lots of people come place their order at the counter and the staff member came out to give their orders and away they went. It took until 8pm for someone to check on my partner - keep in mind the previous people had theirs given to them by the staff member. Now our food was cold, it wasn't offered to reheat it or anything and it was very bland and couldn't taste any Poaka on it even though you can see it on the pizza. The only thing I could taste was the Kumara and Tomato base it was very bland for promoting it as a 'Unearthed Hangi PIzza'. We didn’t taste the Kawakawa sauce - as there was no peppery undertone taste? The service and the food was very disappointing and want to know why some people seemed to recieve preferential treatment at this branch?

   Never will I buy from here again. Pizza was dry no taste. Missing the cranberry sauce. Garlic bread was budget. Tenders so bad. Should have got my own bag from pack & save.

   Not sure how this branch is still operating and the Hells franchise are happy with them. They are consistently poor. Often miss items off the order (dont ever use them for large orders as they won't get it right) and the actual quality of the pizzas are subpar compared to other Hells branches. I've asked for a refund of missing items previously but they just gave a voucher code that expired... So I was still out of pocket. I love Hells Pizza and when done properly it's the best but this branch is not it. Can't wait for the day another Hells Pizza branch opens near us.

   The pizza had very less cheese n tomato topping. They said 15 mts for making the pizza. But it was made within 10 mts and was cold when we went under 15 mts. The place did not look hygenic instead a 3rd world atmosphere. Unckean, poor lighting, etc.

   I ordered online to pick up one hour later on a Friday night and they immediately called me because I asked for toppings GF but I didn’t order the pizza GF. It was nice to know that they were aware and sharp. Even though we might think that that’s obvious, but no. Not everyone realizes or take action immediately. Thank you
