   Extremely disappointing experience – not recommended at all! I had an appointment booked for 1:00 PM and ended up sitting in the waiting area for over 40 minutes without any proper explanation. Every time I asked how much longer it would be, the receptionist kept repeating the same excuse: “5 to 10 minutes.” That line was used over and over — even after a full hour had passed. No apology. No accountability. No respect for patients’ time. Just a lazy “we’re running behind, give us another 5 to 10 minutes.” If this is how they treat patients with scheduled appointments, I can only imagine how the rest of the clinic is run. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and inconsiderate. Save yourself the stress — I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

   Great service from the front desk to Dr Patel. They listened and were able to give me a late afternoon appointment to enable my husband to get home from work and look after my baby so I could attend. My wisdom tooth extraction was completed painless and with no problems. Dr Patel explained what he was doing every step of the way to put me at ease, he was very clear with instructions particularly with the aftercare, and he also made sure I knew to do if I had any issues, but all was well. I will continue to return for regular checkups. I recommend them to anyone who needs dental care :)

   Wow! absolutely wow! I hate going to the Dentist but Onehunga Dental Centre is an exemption the friendliness of Mukesh and his staff is incomparable to the other Dentists that I have experienced. It was a very nice experience, every detail of the procedure was explained step by step and was done in a pain less and a very professional manner! hands down my best Dental experience ever! Highly recommended!

   I'm probably one of the few people who can genuinely say, I love my Dentist..! I've been going to Onehunga Dental Centre for probably about 7 years now. I love how nice and friendly they are and they are never pushy. Ko is the best dentist EVER!! Being someone who has spent my life too scared to go to the dentist, I am so stoked to finally find a dentist I actually enjoy going to. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks Onehunga Dental :)

   Competent, trustworthy, and friendly—Onehunga Dental Centre is the best dentist I've been to in Auckland. Unlike the previous dentists I'd visited who just peeped into my mouth and said "I'll need to do an xray before I can give you a quote" (despite promising free quotes on their website), this dentist actually examined my tooth in detail, asked me about my dental history and then gave me a quote and detailed explanation (free). He even cleaned the debris to prevent an infection from developing and put in a temporary filling at no charge. This was my first experience with them. I went back to Onehunga Dental Centre later to treat a failed root canal. For the amount of time and effort he put into treating my tooth, I think the rates are reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend them. This is a dental centre with integrity—they're not out to get the most out of you and don't hesitate to make recommendations that don't benefit them financially.
