It was the second time I had been there for Dinner. It was a busy night. Our waiter was exceptional. One of the best service I've had in New Zealand. The chefs at each station were extremely helpful. I am going back to try the breakfast over Christmas.
Delicious burgers and a great vibe! The burgers were fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The place was tidy and well looked after, with a fun, relaxed environment that made it an easy spot to enjoy a meal. Will definitely be back!
The staff member taking the order was friendly and attentive. The burgers were made super quickly. We've eaten burgers here often, and they're always great!
Incredibly disappointed in my uber eats Burger Fuel order. I thought i was receiving the pictured amount of spud fries, but the fries didnt even reach the top of the box it came in. May i ask how this equates to $10.80 worth of chips with cheese sauce? I can't figure out the math? Requested a refund showing the picture and uber eats declined. Rung the store and they declined to help. Highly recommend not bothering to order via Uber eats from Albany Burger Fuel as you cannot trust you will receive what you paid for and ordered.
A big shout out to Brendan and his team. Brendan made a fantastic thick shake - just what I needed and the team did the burger really quickly for me as well. Smells great and tasted even better Thanks heaps for a good end of the night
I wasn't going to write it but thought would be totally unfair for the owner, a staff (new face), from impression tattooed, was servicing the counter and I asked for two kids meal and swop out cheese burger with mini chick royal, she adamantly told me not possible, when I told her we had this done at this store and east coast road store, she had no expression on her face and repeated herself she can not do it. Well we had to walk out and spent the money with Kai Eatery and Chicken King. This happened around 8 pm on Monday night, I wasn't going to do this, but wonder how such a person got her job. So busy declaring her power over her customers and forgot who paid her wages.
Honestly loved it. Every time I come the food is consistently delicious, and dripping with flavour. Staff interact well with customers and aren’t afraid to approach you.
Customer Service was welcoming and very friendly. They all knew the menu well and made the overall burger dining experience one to remember. Would recommend to anyone needing a well made kiwi burger.
Yuuuum. Burger was so good and was presented really nicely too. The staff were all really nice and helpful and greeted us as we walked in. Definitely recommend this branch of burger fuel
For the second time got home and the burger has the wrong ingredients, bacon was supposed to be removed but was left in. One if the buns was stale, not good at all. Ironically the store said if I do a review and email them they would give a free Burger. Don't won't a free burger, just want the order correct and edible
