   I am regular customer of them from 2023 . Jewellery from glitter jewellery is so good and authentic. I love all the designs from them. Staff is so good specially raju bhaji. I visited their store 2 times and what a satisfied experience i had . Now i ordered online and got my order today and everything is so good . Thanks glitter jeweller

   Absolutely disgusted by the experience my daughter and I had when we visited on Sunday (9th Nov). After ringing the bell, we were greeted by a salesperson outside the store as she closed the door behind her. She asked if she could help me with anything and I was confused. I mentioned I was shopping today for a gift. She asked if I had an appointment. Again, confused, I asked if they're only taking appointments now. She said yes but then lets me in when i mentioned the name of another jeweller that we usually shop from in Papatoetoe, and how they dont require appointments. This lady's demeanor was so hot and cold and so unwelcoming. I won't waste my time to elaborate further on the specifics and the rest of my time here. Once I was out of the store, I called my husband and explained what had just happened and he called the shop. He asked if he needs an appointment and she told him no, they mainly take walk ins. He goes on to complain about my experience and to my surprise they denied that any of that happened. That I must have misunderstood. They apologized as my husband kept saying that this is never the way to treat customers, regardless of what community they're from. While I understand the staff have apologized, I don't accept it. Apologies are for genuine mistakes. What happened on Sunday was profiling, discriminatory and intentional. This place does not deserve my money. I'll be sure share my experience with my family and friends to save them the trouble. If you're someone who's looking to buy something special for yourself or a loved one, I'd highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. Have the day you deserve.

   Highly recommend Glitter Jewelers. They are very Efficient, fast, friendly and professional at the same time. i got a custom made pendant done from them. I dealt with them on the phone only as i am not Auckland local. but they made sure I got my jewelry nice and safe on time , plus made sure I am happy with my design.
