Called before heading into Pukekohe Animates, I spoke to a very bubbley friendly female staff member. She was so helpful, I did not wait long for them to answer the phone either!! When I arrived in store I received very chatty friendly service. I would recommend this store to anybody !! Thanks for the great impression for my first time at Pukekohe Animates!
Wonderful team! Very helpful and kind, they remember you being a regular customer. They have been extremely helpful with exchanging kibble the cats decided they didn’t like, and with their price promise! Definitely my favourite Animates store!
Go there once a week to wash our hairy dog. We paid $99 and for that we can use the equipment as often as we like for a whole year. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
Good selection of products, clean and nice atmosphere, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Dog friendly building too. Prices can get pretty expensive though, other than that, 4 stars.
Bought fish here, they are in very poor condition, Lost 40% of the fish within 7 days. Fish was properly introduced, into a cycled established tank. Will not be buying anything aquatic from you again…
