   Lovely customer service, very welcoming & a beautiful salon. My pedicure is ok but unfortunately, my deluxe manicure was a bit disappointing with bubbles seen under the polish, polish not evenly applied & also cutting a bit of skin which I only noticed when I applied hand sanitizer thereafter, (pictures attached). Not sure whether you receive a little hand massage too when you get a deluxe manicure like other nail salons, but I didn’t receive one which is usually my favourite part. Overall, it was an ok first experience at this beauty bar.

   Yesterday I went to do my nails,eyelashes, eyebrows and upper lip. The nail lady rushed me from the time I got in. She did my nails while I do my eyelashes. Felt so uncomfortable trying to do nails while I am lying down and busy with eyelashes. Then she asked me what length the nail I want when I can’t even see. When I said I can’t see because I am busy with eyelashes. She told me to just feel it and rushed me then. I was so overwhelmed that I did not enjoy my experience. After she was done I was able to have a look most of my nails are crooked. I asked her to fix it. She did not even give me a chance to talk or explain. She said she fix it but they weren’t fixed properly. Now I am at home looking at my nails this is the worst nails I have ever done. I would not do my nails ever again from there. Waste of my money $175 and time. Now I am paying someone again to fix it before my holiday. One good point I am happy with the eyelashes. She did a good job.

   I had an awesome experience at Jades Beauty bar today! The girls were awesome to talk to and very friendly. Tracy really took her time to achieve the look that I wanted. They made sure to make me feel so comfortable! I also got to have a peak at their new press on nail line that they will be releasing! You definitely have a customer for life Jade! Thank you for having me and I will see you guys in 2 weeks!
